WEEK 2 - USE longer
Let's talk about USE LONGER, coined as the Slow Flow.
A flow that encourages to use products and materials longer over time.
Afterall, the longer a product is in use, the smaller the ecological footprint will be.
CHALLENGE

We challenge you to take it sloooowww. And extend the lifespan of one product near you. Let us tell you how.
-
Find a product/object in your house that you were thinking of possibly throwing out. (think of a broken cup, or flower pot)
-
Think of ways you could repair your broken object. Alternatively, research these possibilities.
-
Get going! Get creative!
-
Don’t forget to share the results with us! @duurzameweek & @circlethat #circularcitizenchallenge
Take the Japanese ‘Kintsugi’ aka ‘Golden Repair’ as an example. It is the art of repairing pottery with gold and understanding that the piece is more beautiful for having been broken.
